How to use this index
Start with the person or organization that could make a claim. Injured customers and damaged third-party property point toward general liability; clients alleging financial loss from advice or work point toward professional liability. Claims about management, employment decisions, products, alcohol service, or limits above a primary policy each have their own line.
A contract may require several lines at once, but its insurance schedule is a demand from a counterparty rather than a complete risk analysis. Use the coverage pages below to test each requested line against the exposure, then use the guides when the decision crosses more than one policy.
